The main building dates back to the XVIII century and is made up of the church (a Xth century reconstruction of a Visigothic church).  The two storey living quarters and three storey tower.

The estate is currently an active farm for cereal production, although in the past it has also been used for sheep rearing and wine production.  This is complemented with irrigation from a large agricultural sprinkler or pivot. Apart from the cultivated land, there are some 40 hectares (100 acres) of poplars.  As well as two pine groves and several hectares of woodland and uncultivated land. There are also barns and storage facilities for machinery and crops.

The main building has undergone a major restoration recently and the original wood beams, doors and windows on the second floor and tower have been restored. The ground level has been converted into four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The bookcases and shelves were also restored and house an important collection of books on landscaping and garden architecture.

This major restoration has combined the traditional and historical background of the building.  With modern concepts to provide a comfortable, functional design to the home.
