With a total built area of 1,040 m2 the winery is set within a 7,300 m2 plot with direct access from the road.
A hut has been built to house the water well and water supply pumps for the winery and garden irrigation.
A sewage treatment tank has also been installed.
The winery consists of a winemaking area, bottling room, room for barrels and storage, offices & a social area.
It has a capacity to produce 200,000 kg of grapes, but can additionaly be increased by 100,000 kg more by adding more deposits.
The storage capacity is 240,000 litres, with all the machinery and technology for the production of grapes into quality wines.
The barrel room is located in the basement.
With a storage capacity of 400 barrels whose humidity and temperature conditions are ideal for long wine ageing in barrels.
The bottling room has a semi-automatic bottling line of 1,800 bottle per hour.
The winery has all the necessary machinery for the production of quality wine – with an office and laboratory area.
On the first floor there is a very well-preserved social area with capacity for at least 50 people.
Furthermore the kitchen is in perfect condition, a toilet in an area of 150 m2.
Built in 2003 It is located in the heart of Ribera del Duero wines appellation, which is in the province of Burgos, unquestionably a great wine region.
It is 1.5 hours by car from Madrid Airport, 1 hour from Valladolid and 2.5 hours from Bilbao Airport.
