This beautiful hunting estate consisting of 760 hectares, which is located just 45 minutes from Cordoba and 1 hour and 50 minutes from Seville and airport.

The estate is cinegetically fenced in all its perimeter,  being the main species the wild boar and the deer and to a lesser extent the mouflon.

There are 3 different parts, one of 300 hectares pine forest, which is collected pinenuts  some years, another of about 300 hectares of natural woodland with presence of head mount in the shady parts and jarales in the sunny áreas and another 163 hectares of olive groves.

Approximately, part of this area is declared an ecological olive grove and has annual aid for this concept of about € 15,000 per annum.

The Woodland areas have the presence of oak and cork oak, more evident in shady areas. Its orography is somewhat abrupt, which gives the farm the best characteristics for the practice of big game.

There are 3 houses, of which the main one lives the landlord, the second and the guardian of the farm and a further house for guests or further workers.

There are also has several buildings in ruins that can be rehabilitated.
