536 ha of lovely pastureland conveniently situated less than half an hour from Seville and Huelva.
With two cortijos, the main one is in need of reform but is habitable. The other needs to be completely reformed.
The farm contains a pig farrowing shed with 75 females, and 8 stallions. Additionally, there are enough pens for fattening piglets after farrowing. There are currently roughly 25 mothers.

The property comes with a basic payment entitlements of 22,091€, which when added to other payments for paired beef and greening, totals 40,000€. The property also has a small are for small game hunting.
