The farm is located in the foothills of the Sierra de Aracena, in the municipalities of Paterna del Campo and La Palma del Condado (Huelva). With a surface area of 1,591 hectares, nestled between the Rio Tinto, the Rio Tamujoso and the Corumbel reservoir.
The orography of the estate is undulating, being more rugged and with steeper slopes, in areas where it falls into the Tinto River. It is crossed by different streams with permanent water and has 4 artificial reservoirs to supply water to the livestock.
The estate is of a forestry nature. The forestal population mostly of cork oaks, some holm oaks, stands of pine and eucalyptus plantations. A small part of a plateau with olive groves as well as another part of scrubland.
It has facilities with construction of a main house consisting of 17 en-suite bedrooms, dining room, 5 living rooms. A large kitchen with pantry, interior patio with access to pool area, all fully furnished. Two houses for gamekeepers and a large hunting room with kitchen, bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. An area for cutting up cattle and an interior patio. In detail regarding the equestrian part there are boxes for horses with a tack room, there is a shed for irrigation pumps and water supply to the house and swimming pool purifier.
Additionally a restored country house for storing feed and fertilisers and a catching area for handling and controlling the cattle. Moreover, it has 2 artesian wells that supply abundant water to all the facilities.
It is crossed on the eastern edge by the HV-5135 road linking La Palma del Condado with Berrocal, which is completely asphalted. The access to the main house is also asphalted and is approximately 800 m from the road. The property is in an excellent location, 12 km from the A-49 motorway (Seville-Huelva), and 8 km from the railway station of La Palma del Condado, with a stop for the Madrid-Huelva train line.

La Encinita, has 2 permanent guards, who live on the farm with vehicles and housing, and a lady guard dedicated to the maintenance of the main house.
The farm is FSC certified, which covers all the products that come out of it, and also belongs to the associations of ASAJA, ATECA and APOM (young farmers, owners and producers of hunting grounds and producers of wood from Huelva). It is in possession of a Natural Resources Management Project, for a period of 10 years, which, among others, includes the Technical Hunting Plan and the Forest Fire Plan.
