A totally unique charming property, cozing in character in one of the nicest áreas of the old town, behind the San Mateo church, rearly explored by tourists.
Decorated with a Mediterranean theme, with natural materials and warm colours. The rustic decor and rooftop, kitchen with fabulous eating área, is so suited to the Tarifa summer and allows one to live outdoors even whilst staying in town.
The house distributed over three floors, the downstairs consists of the front door and entrance lobby, WC, bar/kitchen and eating area. The bar also has a door that can be opened on to the street to make one feel that you are enjoying the outdoors.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom. The sitting room has two daybeds for any overflow and beyond the double bedroom there is a snug room with a single bed.
The roof terrace, most certainly the house’s sellling poing, has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is a small gallery kitchen, with a four hob gas stove and an oven.
